When he wants kisses through the bars of his crib: "Kisses through the barges!"

When referring to the condo at Lake Michigan: " Are we going to the Congo?"

He thinks that the numbers between 17 and 20 are: "Eighteen, eighteen, eighteen."

He thinks that the months between August and January are: "December, December, December."

Avery: I want to be in there.
Mom: You want to be in where?
Avery: I want to be in the movie.
Mom: You want to be in a movie?
Avery: Yeah.
Mom: You want to pretend you're in a movie?
Avery: No.

Mom: So you wanna get an agent, get in the biz?
Avery: Yeah.
